二、应用领域Application area
1、做通用级ABS，可以与SAN直接掺混造粒，推荐使用大庆SAN-327、国亨SAN－168，因为它们的腈含量和高胶粉匹配性最好，符合相似相容规律。掺混比例一般在23－28：77－72，即可达到理想的物性指标（其它助剂按正常配比加入，内部润滑剂0.8－1.0，外部润滑剂0.5左右，抗氧剂0.3左右）。
2. 做改性ABS产品，同做通用ABS一样，ABS高胶粉需要和SAN掺混，唯一不同的是在掺混的同时加上其他助剂，例如做阻燃ABS，需要添加阻燃剂和阻燃增效剂，(典型配方:ABS粉30%-40%, SAN、阻燃剂、助剂70%---60%) ；做耐热ABS需要额外添加的耐热组分；做含玻纤ABS额外加入玻纤填料。
3.增韧ABS回料，PC/ABS回料等，不管新料回料，其冲击强度都是橡胶粉提供的，回料由于橡胶中丁二烯老化，冲击强度下降很厉害，可以通过添加新的胶粉增强其冲击强度。
4.增韧PVC，PC材料。
1. It is recommended to use Daqing san-327 and Guoheng san-168 as they have the best matching of nitrile content and high rubber powder, and conform to the similar compatibility law. The mixing ratio is generally 23-28:77-72, which can reach the ideal physical property index (other additives are added according to the normal ratio, the internal lubricant is 0.8-1.0, the external lubricant is about 0.5, and the antioxidant is about 0.3).
2. To make modified ABS products, as to make general ABS, ABS high rubber powder needs to be mixed with San, the only difference is to add other additives at the same time of mixing, such as flame retardant ABS, which needs to add flame retardant and flame retardant synergist (typical formula: ABS powder 30% - 40%, San, flame retardant and auxiliary 70% - 60%); to make heat-resistant ABS, it needs to add additional heat-resistant components; to make glass fiber ABS, it needs to add additional glass Fiber filler.
3. The impact strength of toughened ABS recycle, PC / ABS recycle, etc. is provided by rubber powder regardless of the new recycle. The impact strength of recycled rubber decreases greatly due to the aging of butadiene in rubber, so the impact strength can be enhanced by adding new rubber powder.
4. Toughened PVC, PC material.
三、贮存、包装、运输Storage, packaging and transportation
本产品密封装于内衬塑料袋的编织袋中，并附有产品合格证，包装外部注明：商标、生产厂名、产品净重、产品批号。
本产品为无毒、无腐蚀性固体粉末，属非危险品，运输按非危险品处理，应严格防曝晒、雨淋。本产品贮存于阴凉通风处，保存期一年，一年后经性能测定后，如无变化，仍可使用。
The product is sealed in a woven bag lined with plastic bags, and attached with a product certificate. The package is marked with: trademark, manufacturer name, net weight and batch number.
This product is non-toxic and non corrosive solid powder, which belongs to non dangerous goods. It shall be handled as non dangerous goods during transportation, and shall be strictly protected from sun exposure and rain. The product is stored in a cool and ventilated place for one year. After one year's test, if there is no change, it can still be used.
